Lincoln Legacy Group integrates with third-party financial institutions and service providers to facilitate account linking, transaction data access, and payments. You grant Lincoln Legacy Group permission to access this data through secured connections per the institutions' terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account. Lincoln Legacy Group will not be liable for any losses from account compromise due to your actions.

User Content

Any feedback, comments, or ideas you provide about Lincoln Legacy Group become our property and you relinquish intellectual property rights over them. We have no obligation to review user content for accuracy.

Paid Services & Fees

Certain premium Lincoln Legacy Group features may require payment of fees which will be clearly disclosed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Lincoln Legacy Group account and access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, any licenses granted by Lincoln Legacy Group will cease.

Lincoln Legacy Group services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.  We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to your use or inability to use Lincoln Legacy Group.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Modifications

Lincoln Legacy Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version which will be effective immediately.
